Frank's costume, always in black and white, reflects his emotional emptiness while the characters he admires wear bright, flashy clothes, symbolizing the success and excitement he craves. As he chases these superficial goals, he leaves behind his grounded friends, dressed in earthy tones, highlighting his growing emotional isolation and the cost of pursuing empty success.
